World Cup Intelligence 2009

The National Memory Championship 2009

This is a pioneering educational project. It aims to promote memory techniques in schools, working with teachers to introduce pupils to the benefits of powerful learning strategies.

It is also the first national memory competition in India. Our teachers were shown how to weave a range of tried-and-tested memory techniques into lessons across the curriculum, and the youngsters themselves took an active role in the process of learning to learn.

The National Memory Championship invites all India Memory Institutes, Schools of all states. This Championship is for all ages between 7 years to 80 years generally for those who want to be known for great mental abilities, sharp memory, strong determination and will power concentration and sharper reflexes.

For enter into National Memory Championship there are two ways:

•Super Memory Test: (This test is based on memory feats and only a person with sharp memory can do this, if anyone score above 80% then the person can participate in this Championship.)

•IQ Test: (This test is based on commonsense and the IQ; if anyone scores above 80% then the person can be eligible for 2 Days free Memory Training after which they need to appear after 10 days for The Super Memory Test. If any person score more than 90% after 2 days training in final test, then we offer Master Training in Memory worth Rs. 18000/- to them totally free and after Getting Master Training they can participate in Championship through our Organization. )

‘I have found learning about memory techniques very beneficial both to how I teach in class and how my pupils learn. Primarily it has given the pupils the confidence to effectively manage information, enabling them to remember and recall information more easily. If our brains were computers, we'd just add RAM to upgrade our memory. But, the human brain is far more complex and improving human memory requires more effort.

Imagine being able to memorize the order of cards in an entire deck as quickly as they can be dealt or phone numbers the moment they are voiced. Just like muscular strength, the ability to remember increases when exercised. Whether you want to win the National Memory Championship, ace your history test, or simply remember someone’s phone number without having to write it down, iebm is for you.

Through simple Memory Techniques you can practice and perfect the skills required to remember playing cards, long string of numbers, mathematical constants like π (Pi), e, ϕ (Phi), Ɣ (Gamma), and strings of binary digits. Based on world’s leading memory improvement techniques, iebm will help you improve your memory before you know it. It takes a little time and practice, but once you’ve got it down - you’ll be able to amaze your friends.

After the training phase, Memory tests were used to challenge the participant’s memory skills and reveal to us the very best learners from around the country. The best award winner will get 4 days Singapore tour, and the next 3 winner will get 5 days Goa tour.

Scoring is based on memorization time, number of items being memorized, recall time and accuracy. Compete against yourself and against others around the Country for the highest scores.

By signing up to the NMC, schools receive all the materials they need to run a complete course of memory training sessions and access a range of lesson plans. Some schools may choose only to run the training, but many others will also enter their children for the competition itself, letting them show off just how much they can do.

Each school participating in the actual competition gains the prestigious Associated School status.
